Phoebe from King James's School:
This book wasn't the book for me. I liked how characters all had faults as well as good things about them. However I thought that it was a bit too violent when it explained what happened to Jess and personally I thought that Eden was very selfish.
Phoebe gave Eden Summer 2 out of 5 and now plans to read Orangeboy by Patrice Lawrence.
Riham from co operative academy of Leeds:
Eden's Summer is every teenager's dream; it explores different relationships, made complex by a touching romance. I especially loved the ordered plot but at times, I (personally) felt that the pace was a little irregular. However, overall, I loved this book the best so far because of the writing which was so thoughtful, which evokes tears from the readers!
Riham gave Eden Summer 4 out of 5 and now plans to read Broken Sky by L. A. Weatherly.

Although the book at some points was quite interesting, i found it a bit cliche and this might have been due to previously reading other books. The parts i found interesting was the poem by Eden and I am sure many would like this.
